Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20240724 Rel 38913 & 1.2.14 Build 20241015 Rel 45922

Today when we want to use the Quality Of Service to prioritize the bandwith distribution accross all devices, we must to activate this feature (of course...). But during the activation process, the application ask to us to register the maximum dowload and upload supported by our internet services provider.

The application ask to us to fill a range from 1 to 1000 Mbps of LAN speed.

 

-> The first thing is my DECO xe75 pro is connected to my modem using their 2,5 Gbps ports (Modem and DECO).

-> The second thing is that my internet provider deliver to me 2 Gbps connection speed (and sonner, up to 8 Gbps...).


Coul it be possible to increase the maximum speed parameter to set (and use) the real value given by my internet provider and avoid to limit it ? This Quality Of Service app has been made for enhance performances ?

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

Have you tried to factory reset the Deco once(hold the reset pinhole for 1s) and set it up again on the Deco APP?

It seems like the Deco app doesn't recognize that the main Deco is the Deco XE75 PRO.

Hello, thanks to your reply.


For sure, the factory reset has been made during the installation of my latest twins Deco xe75 Pro. If we look on the app, we can see that the Deco xe75 Pro has been set as main deco. Below, you will see captures of my installation and the the properties of my main DECO that has been set with right values.
