I am trying to set up an Archer AXZ3000 router .
It says connected but without internet.
How do I get connected to the internet?

Firstly, who is your ISP(internet service provider)?
Most default Internet connection type is "Dynamic IP" or "DHCP". If your ISP provides different Internet connection types, such as PPPoE, you will have to manually configure it to obtain Internet.
You should confirm what is connection type and internet information with ISP firstly, then you can set up the router correctly.
