Hi

i I have a deco e4 system and I keep getting regular 10-30 secs drop outs

i am on by fibre 2 and my main deco is plugged in by Ethernet

the WiFi coverage says medium and mostly it's ok but drops out on teams or zoom calls when working which is not good

please can I have some help as to stop this?

it never drops out in the lounge where the router is located

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know how much of your overall BT network bandwidth?

Did you just purchase Deco E4?

Since E4 is up to 100Mbps and supports WiFi 5 only, in case the limited bandwidth causes the live meeting instability, have you considered updating Deco E4 to a higher model, a WiFi 6 Deco, such as Deco X20/Deco X50?

After that, it is also recommended to refer to Zoom or Microsoft Teams frozen or hanging when connected to Deco

Thank you very much and best regards.
