Hi @Mornec,
If only one or some of your devices like your PC/Phone can access the internet, but other devices like TV/Printer can't connect to the internet, please try the below:
1) Enable the guest network and connect the device to the guest network.
2) Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone and connect the device to the hotspot WI-FI. Please reach out the device support if this doesn't work.
4. Change the DNS server: How to Change the DNS Servers on a TP-Link Wireless Router (New UI)
5. Reset the device to factory default settings.

@Mornec if you have same wifi profiles saved earlier then delete and reconnect again as fresh/new. Do you have DNS setup on phone which conflicts, VPN. If you have enabled secure wifi then dissable or turn off.

I have checked the settings and still cannot stay connected with internet to either the 2,4 HZ or the 5 HZ wifi.
On the phone I cleared all credentials which helped for a few hours but then the device reverts back to the same issue.
We also have 2 laptops that does the same.
I can currently only connect to a extender for internet but the extender signal strenght isnt great.
Would it help if I reset the router and redo the setup?
Or reset the device and reload?
