I have been searching for a Mobile Hotspot Mode Deco unit. I have purchased 4 different units so far and been disappointed each time. The X55 was what I started with and was disappointed after a long chat with support that it was a specific hardware version I needed and they could not tell me what vendor I could purchase that particular hardware version from. So I tried a 55X Pro, then a XE75, and now a XE75 Pro....all which do not have this option "internet backup" and I can not get anyone at TP-Link to tell me what actual models carry this. I am on a rural farm and have a T-Mobile Home Internet. No other providers in the area and I already pay for my cellular hotspot that I hardly use so I would love to be able to use it as an internet backup. Please push this feature out to more models. My old ASUS allowed this but I had to plug into it.
