wdr3600 internet access to ftp

wdr3600 internet access to ftp

i use a tl-wdr3600 tp-link router and set up the ftp option with an usb stick.
everything works fine.
is it also possible to access data from the internet??
the problem is, if i check under "ftp server - internet adress", the adress 192.168.1.44 is listed, because i get the internet access over another router from swisscom (switzerland).
now this one has a adress eg. 195.43.245.354 or whatever.
if i wanna connect to the whole network from the web, can i first connect to the main router adress and then command to the 2nd router (wdr3600) to the ftp server??
