Recebo uma página vazia com a mensagem de "falha na operação" já testei em vários navegadores.

The problem is only when accessing via desktop browser, because it works on the mobile app.

So no need to reset or restarting....

I tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers in linux Ubuntu. I tried in stealth mode, same problem

Any other advise?
