First of all sorry for my bad english.

Yesterday everything was working perfectly. Then I got the nule connection so I turned off and on the router. After that I can't access the modem through any way. I've tried to reset to factory but it seems like the reset button doesn't work. When I connect the lan into the first slot the router seems to connect but after a few seconds reboot all the time and after a minute of trying to connect the 4th lan light turns on even though there is nothing connected to that slot.

How can I solve it? please.
