Moved house and want to join to existing Deco Outdoor units
![](/avatar/avatar-9.png)
Help please!
I have just moved in to a new house and the old owners left TP Deco outdoor units (and some indoors, the XE75 Pro) for me to use. However I have changed internet provider (from iPrimus to Aussie)
Is it possible for me to use the existing units? How do I get the darn things on my new network please!! I have the Deco app but this is completely over my head.
Thank you!

Hi, Yes, you could continue using the existing Deco Mesh system.
You need to reset the Deco units first to let them unbind to the previous own email ID- hold the bottom reset pinhole for 1s only.
After that, Pick up one of the Deco XE75 Pros(it doesn' matter which one) to connect to your new internet service modem/terminal.
Then please follow App setup wizard/ or the video below to create your New Mesh network:
If you knew the login ID and password, there is no need to reset the Deco and you could edit the network credentials to suit the new ISP under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection type(whether PPPOE or Dynamic IP).
Thank you very much and best regards.
