Model: TL-WA850RE
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version:

When the range extender is connected the internet works fine from the extender, although limited to 15-20 Mbps of the 200 available on my main router. But when it's connected the router does not allow to navigate to most sites only allowing to connect to Google services, my guess is that somehow the DNS misconfigures but when disconnecting the extender it goes back to normal by itself.

Hi,

Updating the TL-WA850RE V7 to firmware version 1.0.13 (or newer, if available) should solve the problem you described.
