Good morning,

I bought a 5G solution from DECO (X3000-5G) which is not even selectable within the model choice of this form (and I would ask why).

BTW, I'm now willing to extend the Wi-Fi 6/AX3000 network.

Hence, I only need one or more additional nodes that would connect wireless-ly to the X3000-5G.

Can you please suggest the device I need?

Please consider there would be no available cabled connection between the X3000-5G and the device you are going to propose.

Thank you,

Antonio

  @Supperouge

I think what you have is Deco X50-5G. In Deco app, open Update Deco and check what model name it shows there for your Deco unit.

If this is what you have, the best Satellite (additional) node would be one of the following: X50, X55 and X50-poe.

Deco X50 and X55 are very similar in specs, if you decided on those choose one that is available in your region, sold in single units and which is sold for less.

Deco X50-poe is the best choice if you need to wall or ceiling mount Satellite Deco, also if you want it not to stick out as much as X50/X55.

  @Alexandre.
i can confirm it is X3000-5G. It looks like it is a model similar to X50-5G. But... there is some mistery around the real differences berween the two models... I think it is an old version of X50-5G.

btw, thank you for your reply!

Antonio
