Hi,

 

We recently upgraded our Internet to Virgin and through that router we get 300mbps speeds. When I connect to our Deco M4R network we get no more than 50mbps!!! 

 

The decos are great for getting signal around the house but means we're effectively not seeing the speeds we're paying for.

 

Am I missing some set up steps? Are there any guides I could follow?

Please do not worry and it is suggested to follow this guide to troubleshoot if you get slow speed from the Deco network.
