Hello,

I have a mesh system consisting of three x60 decos connected via ethernet cable to my main router.
I purchased the system over a year ago and it has always worked very well. However, for a few weeks now I have noticed a degradation in performance.
Today I noticed that all the devices in my house were connected to only two of the decos. The third one no longer seems to accept incoming wifi connections. Although I can see it correctly from the app and the LED is green, I see that it has zero devices connected. This was my main deco until yesterday. Today I tried to reset the network and change the arrangement of my decos by moving the main one to another position in the house. Nothing has changed, I still have all the devices connected to the other two decos.
Can anyone help me?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.


I had already done this test. I had deleted the network, disconnected all three decos and left only the main one. Trying to do the network setup via the app I actually couldn't detect any wifi network. The units should be under warranty (I think 3 years). Do you think I should request a replacement?

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

I wonder whether the Wi-Fi module of this unit is broken. If we switch it back to the main Deco and temporarily power off the rest 2 satellite Deco X60s, can you still detect the Wi-Fi network of Deco?
