Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.15 Build 170912 Rel.75663n

I have one MR6400 router HW version 2 (as showed in Status page) but in router label shows V1.

I tried to upgrade with version V1 and unsuccessfully, tried with version V2 and same happened.

I used old versions and recent versions from both V1 and V2.

Could some one give me some help?

Hi,

Do you still keep the box? You can also double confirm the hardware version on the box.

Usually the version on the label and on the webpage would be the same, could you please provide me the pictures to check?
