Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Ever since I got Sky broadband, both my windows 11 HP laptops cannot get an internet connection from the router. This is the second router I have had (original Sky router replaced with Archer C6).

When I connect to a range extender, the laptops can get a connection, not when connecting directly to the router Wifi OR ethernet. I don't know what's stopping it, can anyone help? I work from home occasionally and this is highly problematic!

NB All other devices at home connect to the router, including mobile phones, streaming devices, smart home devices and cameras. Just not the windows laptop.

Sky have said they don't know what it is and I should consult the suppliers of the laptops (they are from different places and years apart).

Any ideas will be very gratefully received!!

Hi,

According to our experience, you can also try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if you have set up any advanced settings on the router. Such as Access Control, Parental Control and so on.

2. Check if you have done any settings on your computer like static IP.
