BE550 isnt Wifi 7
Well tri band wifi 7 is broken on the BE550 (no 2.4GHz, I've opted to enable both 5GHz and 6 GHz under the same network name while turning off 802.11be and MLO. Now I have only two SSID'S rather than 4, would expect 1 sdd with true MLO. product is false advertisement, serious marketing error, will be a swift refund. Poor effort TP Link.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
Do you mean MLO network does not include 2.4GHz wifi band? If that is your question, I am afraid yes. Archer BE550 supports 5GHz and 6GHz for MLO network.
If MLO network is a necessary feature for you and your BE550 is still within the return window, it is sincerely suggested to return it and get another one, like BE800 or GE800.
Also, we will log your feature request, but we can not make sure whether or when it can be added to BE550.

Just found this out myself and just found this post also hence I am already in the process of returning mine, Technically yes this false advertising, You cannot advertise MLO on the box showing all 3 bands and call it a WiFi 7 router when in fact it is not.
