Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.1 Build 20231227 Rel. 80438

Hello TP-Link Forum! I'm Eros, and I need help with an issue.
When I access the IP address of the Deco M4R WiFi (192.168.68.1) and try to enter the system parameters to change the WiFi coverage to High, I get the error message "Operation Failed." Even before trying to save the changes, just entering the system parameters triggers the error. I am attaching a screenshot.

Is there any way to fix this?

Thank you in advance for your responses!

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Usually, the web interface is not supposed to display the option to edit the WiFi coverage. It was reported by other users before, later the engineer has comfirmed that Deco doesn't support modifying the wireless coverage. This option is kind of the network caches and only showed up when the network connection is intermittent.

Thanks again and best regards.
