I need help.


I have a Dell business laptop. Who gave an update on Sunday.

Since this update, it no longer wants to connect to my network. He connects a little and disconnects.


The router should no longer accept the connection with the update that was made. All other devices work properly.


I didn't change anything in the router settings between the time it was working (Thursday) and the day I wanted to reconnect (Tuesday)


Do you have a tip so I can make sure the router lets my pro computer connect? (do a reset?) or something else?


I tried to connect via ethernet and the same.


On the computer, in problem solving it points to a proxy problem. Of course I don't have control over the settings of the laptop because it's blocked by the IT specialists who have the only answer: we don't understand!


No doubt that you will be able to provide me with the necessary help.

J'ai besoin d 'aide.

 

J'ai un portable professionnel DEll . Qui a fait une mise à jour dimanche.

DEpuis cette mise à jour, il ne veut plus se connecter à mon reseau . Il se connecte un peu et se deconnecte.

 

Le routeur ne doit plus accepter la connection avec la mise à jour qu'il y a eu. Tous les autres appareils fonctionnent correctement.

 

Je n' ai rien changé des parametres du routeur entre  le moment où ca fonctionnait(jeudi ) et le jour où j'ai voulu me reconnecter (mardi)

 

Est ce que vous avez une astuce pour que je puisse m'assurer que le routeur laisse mon ordi pro se connecter? (faire une remise à zéro?) ou autre?

 

J'ai tenté de me connecter par ethernet et pareil.

 

Sur l'ordi ,  dans la resolution de probleme ca pointe un probleme de proxy. Bien entendu je n'ai pas la main sur les parametres du portable car bloqué par les informaticiens qui ont comme seul reponse : on en comprend pas !

 

Aucun doutes que vous saurez m'apporter l'aide necesssaire.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Delete this wireless network on your laptop, detect it and reconnect it.

2. As the router supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi band, which band did you connect your laptop to? You may try another band.

3. You may change DNS on your laptop.

4. Try address reservation on the router for your laptop.

5. Contact your laptop support, as other devices can connect to the router properly.
