Deco X10 constantly dropping across devices
Hey - we have Deco X10s set up for our home network.
Unfortunately, WiFi connection drops across most devices consistently. Devices wired to a Deco don't have this problem.
The problem seems to be exacerbated when the guest network is turned on (not that this is a permanent option).
we've tried turning off fast roaming, beamforming and deactivated mesh on specific devices as well.
what could be causing this issue?
thanks for any help anyone can provide.

@Joseph-TP Thanks for your reply
The hardware version (as stated on the bottom of the device) is version 1.0
According to the app the devices are up to date - firmware version 1.1.5

Hi, Thank you very much for the time and patience.
A new firmware 1.1.6 was released for Deco X10_V1 two days ago, which has optimized wireless stability during Mesh roaming.
It is also suggested to update to this version first:

Thanks a lot and best regards.

@David-TP Thanks David - we updated shortly after your message, but unfortunately the issues are not resolved. Connections are consistently dropping - this is most noticeable on phones (iPhone and Android) - but probably because these are the devices we use the most over wifi.

F/W ver 1.1.6
having the same issue,
Some devices start to disconnect and reconnect frequently after a while
Sometimes the connection will be completely lost, and even if reconnect, still not be able to go online. Must restart DECO.
Sometimes satellite DECO will be offline (red light) and must be powered off and restarted.
Looks like a new version of firmware is needed

This isn't a particularly helpful resolution - but we ended up replacing the X10s with X55s and we no longer have this issue.
No idea why the X10s didn't work. None of the firmware upgrades helped.

When using wpa2, it is barely stable.
Using wpa2/wpa3 mix mode, it is very unstable.
Devices frequently disconnect and sometimes cannot connect to DECO again.
If using wpa3(ONLY), devices will occasionally disconnect, but sometimes it can be manually reconnected to DECO.
Maybe there are some problems with X10's WPA3 implementation?
