HB810 BE2200 Can't/unable to detect devices(Sonos & Google Nest)
Firmware Version:0.3.0 3.0.0 v6095.0
Build 240124 Rel.65899n
Hardware Version:HB810 v1.0 00000000
Set Up = ISP(ONR) -> HB810(Router Mode) -> All devices
Hi All,
Before moving to tp-link HB810(BE22000), I was on a Asus RT-AC2600.
I never had any problem with my Sonos or Google Nest but ever since moving to tp-link HB810(BE22000) my Spotify can't no longer detect my Sonos, same goes my Google Nest. I have tired hard reset on all devices and app but still no luck.
To make things worst, if I switch back to my Asus RT-AC2600 everything works out of box.
Please advice!

Hi, Did you install the Spotify APP on the Samsung S21 Ultra?
Except for the Sonos and Google Nest speakers, could the "Spotify Connect" find any other compatible devices, like your desktop?
Have you also tried the suggestions here:
https://support.spotify.com/us/article/spotify-connect/
Don't see your device?
- If you're seeing more than one device of the same name (e.g. iPhone), try connecting to each in turn.
- Try logging into the device using your Spotify credentials and you should be able to see it in the Spotify app even if it isn’t on the same WiFi.
- [Mobile] Switch off Show local devices only in the Spotify mobile app Settings > Devices. This lets the app see devices that currently aren’t on your WiFi network.
- [Web player] On the web player you can only use devices you’ve already logged into, or Google Cast devices on your current network (if using Chrome). If your device isn’t showing, try using the Spotify app instead.
- [iPhone] Make sure you provide Spotify access to your local network. Go to iPhone Settings > Spotify > Local Network, and toggle it on.
Thank you very much and best regards.

Did you install the Spotify APP on the Samsung S21 Ultra? = Yes of cause as mentioned, everything was working fine with my Asus router before switching to Deco. App are also latest and I even did a clear cache and clear storage/remove file before reinstalling.
could the "Spotify Connect" find any other compatible devices, like your desktop? Yes. My phone could see my desktop.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
I checked the escalation record of the first case, the local support team has offered a beta firmware for the reported issue here. However, since HB810 is a customized local for local internet service providers, there hasn't been direct download link for this beta fix. It is suggested to reach out to the local technical support for further assistance.
Thanks a lot and best regards.

Hi All,
As per David has mentioned, a beta firmware was provided which managed to resolve the issue.
However, it then cause me intermittent connectivity issue which didn't happen before with TP-Link or my A brand.
After reporting the issue to the team and waited for MONTHS they simply reply that they didn't mange to replicate issue.
Hence, to that point i completely lost my confident with TP-Link product and as you can see from the trend I am a "A" brand supporter. So before resolving the intermittent connectivity I already sold of the HB810.
Bottom line, the "new" firmware managed to resolve the Sonos & Google problem but created an intermittent connectivity issue for me.
