Firmware Version: 1.6.2 Builds 20240308 Rel.55841

My Deco M4 Base Station was recently installed by Fusion Fibre Group, since when I've been unable to use my four Yealink handsets (VOIP DECT Phone), which previous worked very well. Is there a simple method to reinstall these handsets so they work again?

On an aside, I have no idea what I'm doing!

Hi, welcome to the community.

Deco M4 doesn't support VOIP. Did you still keep the previous VoIP modem router?

If yes, you could connect the Deco M4 behind the old VoIP modem router, then set Deco into Access point mode:
