The first launch of Deco X50 3pack was successful. A message about an upgrade popped up, which I did. Everything seemed to go well, then a reset and the main Deco did not come up again. It glows yellow continuously and goes off from time to time. Reset didn't help and it doesn't connect to the apk. Does not connect to the modem, LAN does not light up. Is there any way to wake him up?

Hi,

 

Please try different power socket. 

If it still cannot work, please power off the Deco unit overnight and then test again. 

And you can also try the guidance here: How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

 

If all the advise above cannot help, please contact the local support team with the results with the troubleshooting steps.

  @Światło słoneczne 

Żadne gniazdo RJ45 nie łączy się z siecią. Robiłem próby odzyskania oprogramowania według procedur lecz komputer nie łączy się z Deco X50.
