Additional Deco will not connect to x10 mesh network

Additional Deco will not connect to x10 mesh network
I set up a three way mesh network with the Deco x10 and all went well. But I found it very weak at far side of house so I bought an additional x10 to bridge this.
The addition x10 is flashing blue but will to join network.
I have pressed the reset button on it and I have rebooted the mesh network on the app
Still won't connect.
Can anyone help me solve this problem
