Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Latest 128

Hello,

I have replaced my old access point, which reaches Gigabit via LAN, with a Deco XE75 3-series set.

Access point mode is activated, all Decos (Main-Deco @ Lan @ Router) are connected via Gigabit LAN (the Satelites connected via LAN) and up to date (1.2.8).

If I now do a speed test, it stops at 100 Mbit

If I switch to the old Accespoint, I immediately reach 1000 mbit again.

Is the autosensing perhaps not working and it is stuck at 100 mbit?
It's definitely the Deco XE75, the old access point immediately delivers 1000 mbit via Ethernet again, but not the Deco!

Any ideas?

Update: ITS the Deco xe75!

I have connected a Gigabit switch between the Deco and Ethernet cable.

After a short time, the switch switches to 100 mbit instead of 1000 Mbit.

Every other network device on the same cable and switch remains at 1000 mbit!

Hi, may I know the model number of your network switch?

Would a power restart of the main Deco help temporarily restore the Ethernet Link speed?

How about the network topology? is it like:

It is also suggested to replace a new Ethernet cable and connect to another Ethernet port on the Deco XE75.

Wait for your reply and best regards.
