Parental control- Block device twice a day (Mon-Fri)

We have a DecoS7 mesh set up. I am trying to use the parental control to limit our sons access to the internet during certain times of the day. Parental controls appear to block a device at bedtime and allow access for a certain number of hours.
We would also like to have a second 'bedtime' during the hours that he should be at school.
I have tried setting up a second profile but his I-Pad is not available, I'm guessing because it is already in the first profile.
Is there a way to block his I-pad between the hours of 8:30am-3pm and 7:30pm-7:00am (Mon-Fri)?
