Hi,

I have a Deco BE85 setup across there floors. The units on the top floor in connecting back to the unit on the ground floor and the speeds are very poor as a result of this.

Is there anyway I can get the device on the top floor to connect to the unit on the send floor. I'm getting 1GB speeds wireless on the second floor and another 10mb on the ground floor due to the distance and extra floor.

@Shane732 Use the "connection preference" feature in Deco app: How to select a preferred signal source on the Deco App (Part 1)

@ImtiazAli I have a similar issue with an outdoor smart camera connecting to the wrong unit regardless of which "connection preference" I choose in the app.

@Frantoto Option 1: Run main network on 5 GHz only and guest network on 2.4 GHz only. Then connect smart camera to guest network.

Option 2: Create an IoT network (if possible)
