How do I reset to factory setting in Tether app? I can't remember the password set about 1-2 years ago.

Hi, If you want to retrieve the device login password for RE200, you might need to run a factory reset first by holding the reset pinhole until all the LEDs flash once.

 

If you need to reset the password for logging into the Tether APP, you can click "Forget Password" on the log-in page, it will guide you to set a new login password for the Tether APP.
