Hello,

When using the deco app, if I set bedtime and time limits for my son device. It takes same time to confirm the change but when I come back, the app doesn't show anymore the current settings for the limits. Those limits are still applied but it is really difficult to manage them.

Can someone help ?

Did the issue start recently?

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log-How to submit Deco APP log

Have you checked whether other profiles also had the similar issue?

 

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. check the system time under Deco APP>More>System and make sure it is on the right time.

2. Please also restart Deco once to see whether it made any difference.

  @DarkCruz IM having the same issue, It seems there's an issue with Parental controls. 
Setting bedtimes does not stick correctly and the profile will randomly block devices attached to it. Countless people mentioning this on Reddit also and it seems no solutions is being provided. For a paying feature this should be something that should be fix promptly.

Do you mean that Bedtime didn't take effect according to the schedule?

Are you able to constantly reproduce this issue under different Parental Control profiles?

 Hello @David-TP ,

 

What I mean is that for some reason when enabling features within the kids parental profile, they will disable themselves after a minute or so of leaving the parental control menu. Sometimes Devices on that profile will get blocked and the only way to fix it is to either Remove the device or Delete the profile. 
Other times when i try to set an age it would just bug out and say its not able to at this time.

Yes I can reproduce for each Profile. 

Below you can see by the last picture Bedtime is OFF after enabling it then leaving the settings for the profile the "Adjust" Button is no longer there and bedtime is set to off.

Bedtime controls are not working for me either.

 

I've set bedtime and the child devices are still able to access the internet despite going past 8.30pm cutoff time
