Wifi keeps disconnecting, upon checking it says incorrect password. 

Upon touching the network again it is connecting. many of the devices at home shows me the same error.

Tried rebooting both mobile and router. Also updated the firmware to latest, but still the same issue

This happens randomly and could not find the root cause

That could happen if there is another WiFi network with same SSID, but different password. For example, your ISP Router.

  @Alexandre. I checked it. there is no other wifi is with same SSID. DecoX60 is wifi mesh, so all 3 repeaters will have the same SSID

Do you have WiFi enabled on ISP Router to which Main Deco is connected?
