Deco Random Disconnection
Hi,
My Deco keep disconnecting randomly. It usually happy few times per week and resumes in 1-2 minutes.

Can you help me check more details about the random disconnection, such as:
Have you seen any Deco BE65 turn red or flashing red?
What is the internet connection type for BE65 under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection?
And who is your internet service provider?

Hi, I checked the user manual of Deco BE65 and there hasn't been a white light on the BE65. Do you mean solid green?
If Deco is still solid green, it should still be online.
So when you mentioned "Deco keeps disconnecting randomly", do you mean the mobile clients are randomly disconnecting and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi Deco?
What are the model numbers of these devices?
Did you observe similar issues on the Ethernet-connected devices?
It is also suggested to disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced first'
Then turn off "Mesh Technology" for these mobile devices:
