MR3040 Can't Access Router Configuration Utility

I bought the 3040 in Singapore and I am trying to use it for the first time whilst travelling in London and I don't have the original documentation with me. I found a pdf manual on the Internet but the documented default user name and password (admin/password) won't work for me.
Can anyone let me know what the default is for a Singaporean model, if different from elsewhere?
I have tried reseting to the factory defaults.
