Hi, I just bought this product, I am very happy with it but I have got a small problem. my tower pc is in the farthest point of the house when I tried to connect it to the wifi 6, it automatically assigned 5mhz to the pc and for 5 minutes connect and disconnect it from the network, after 5 minutes the router the 2.4MHZ to the PC and it works perfectly withouth any problem. how can I explaine to the router to assign directly 2.4MHZ to the pc, without trying the 5MHZ first?

Hi,

The router cannot assign the PC to a certain band. This decision is up to the PC.

There are two things you could do.

1) Stop using the "Smart Connect" feature of the router and instead use different network names for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

2) In the Windows Device Manager go to the properties of your PC's network card and check whether it provides a "Preferred Band" option that you can set.
