I am not able to save the port forwarding rule because the button is just inactive

Hi, Usually some settings might be input inaccurately. Would there be any highlighted column in red color on the current page?

No theres no red column the save button is just gray and I am unable to press it unfortunately

H, Have you tried to delete the Deco APP and reinstall it again?

(Removing the Deco APP will not reset the previous network configuration.)

 

When I checked your TP-Link ID, I noticed the current firmware of your Deco M5 is 2.5.10 Build 20231106. Usually, the customized firmware version for local ISPs starts with 2. x.x, and the general firmware version is 1. x.x.

Is the Deco provided by your internet service provider directly?
