i have adsl modem TD-w8961 &Dlink DAP1360 (repeater) when setting finish my Pc connect 2sec then disconnect can help to this problem?

Hi.
Maybe you can change the wireless channel on TD-W8961ND and see if the wireless connection can be better.

If still the same, when you power off the D-LINK repeater, how about the wireless connection on the PC? Does it still have the problem?
