Archer AX72 Pro v1.0 USB Sharing Over FTP
Hi.
Before i start iam coming from a AX50 with usb sharing over ftp and work just fine.

The router detects it, i'am able to define users to acess it, the folder to share, activate the media share, local share and ftp share, its seems fine, just like i do in my old ax50.
when i try to acess it via ftp with my ip aderess it never open , over my ddns the same ting it just time out, windows android its not matter.
on android\windows via ddns op ip with the open vpn it just open fine no problem.

Hi,
Do you connect to the Internet via PPPoE directly with the AX50/AX72 Pro or is the AX50/AX72 Pro connected via dynamic IP or static IP to another modem router of some sort?

So, you have setup the VPN server and the FTP server of the Archer AX72 Pro.
If you connect to the VPN using your DNS name like "myhomenetwork<dot>com", then that works fine. But if you try to connect to the FTP server via ftp://myhomenetwork<dot>com there is no connection, right?
That is indeed strange.
Can you please test what happens if you change the port number of the ftp service to something else? For example, change the Internet FTP port to 10021 and then use ftp://myhomenetwork<dot>com:10021 to connect.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Based on the screenshot of your FTP Settings, only Internet FTP was enabled, could you please try enable Local FTP as well with the default port 21 and test if local FTP and internet FTP will work with default port?

Hi.
Just before i wrote about the issue i use to have the local FTP setting enable.
I test again now and the same result, not able to access the FTP server over internet on the port 21.

There is no such limit on the router firmware, it is possible that your ISP blocked port 21 which caused the issue, it is recommended to use different port for now or contact ISP to confirm it.
