AX53 supports HomeShield features which probably you could use to restrict that - details.
In order to use them you have to install the tether app on your mobile.

Yes, some of the advanced features are under paid subscription. Basic Parental Controls is free though.
Try with "Content Filter(by URL), Block Specific Websites" to see if that works in your case.
Other than that there's no other feature to restrict it with.
