Hi guys,

I bought an archer mr500 router in 2022, as far as i know the firmware has never been updated, unless it does it automatically.

I've been very happy with it since i bought it, but yesterday i couldn't connect to the internet, i was getting a small padlock on the bottom right of the screen, where the signal strength icon is, and on the router the 4g+ light wasn't illuminated.

I tried for ages to get on, then after a while it seemed to be fine, and today all seems well.

I'd really appreciate your help guys, as i'm not very tech minded.
