Hello, i really hope someone can help me with this...

so I've had this problem for about two weeks now, since I installed my Deco Home-Mesh-Network.

I get 250 Mbits Download and Upload from my provider and this works just fine, at least for the download. But most of of the time I only get 10 Mbits of Upload on my main Deco, and it seems to be a problem with the Decos themselve. Because when I restart the whole Deco-Network it works for about 5-10 minutes and I get the whole 250 Mbits of upload, the it drops down again. At times it will work just randomly, but drops down again after a time.

I tested the speed on multiple devices, over ethernet and over Wifi, but the problems always the same :/

I feel like I tried everything, like disabling QoS, setting the max bandwith to 1000 Mbits, disabling and enabling SIP ALG and UPNP and so on but I can't find the problem nor the solution for it.

Maybe someone can help me on this.

Thank you in advance!

  @mefu

Your Main Deco, what is it connected to: is it ISP modem/router, what is it brand name and model number?

Out of your description alone I would recommend as the first step to replace Ethernet cable which connects Main Deco to ISP modem/router.

  Thanks for the quick answer @Alexandre.

The main deco is directly connected to the "optical fiber station" from my provider. So theres no router/modem other than my 3 decos in the network.
And do you think the ethernet cable could be the problem if the download is always as it should be?

  @mefu

Right, I missed that part about only upload impacted. If only upload drops, probably it is not the cable. Sorry, can't help you much with setup you have. Perhaps, someone else will have better idea of what is going on.

  @mefu

Hi, I will forward your case to the engineers to see whether they have any other suggestions.

Please check whether you could receive my email later.

By the way, may I know who is your internet service provider?

I get my internet from a local austrian provider called "tirolnet".

Thank you in advance!

Hello David, I have exactly same problem. I recently bought three x50 units (V1). Units are updated with newest firmware. Connected my XBOX Series X to main deco unit with ethernet. Tested download and upload and got ~300/50 Mbs. Connection directly to ISP modem gave me 300/300. Obviously same results are with WiFi connection. My ISP is INEA from Poland. What's going on?

  @mefu Same issue here (but on the x80).

my upload is 10x slower than the MR600 Archer it is replacing.
