I am having issues with homecare. The browsing gets slow and websites load delayed once antivirus is enabled.
My browsing is fine once it is disabled ?

The HomeCare service got broken a few months ago and TP-Link has since released firmware updates for all affected router models.

As the Antivirus is part of the HomeCare service this could be the reason for the issues you are experiencing.
Edit: I just noticed that in case your AX6000 is hardware version V2, then you are already on the lastest firmware version.
By the way, how long have you had these issues with the browsing being slow?
