Hi, I have a problem with my ax5400 router. It just turn off by itself. I have to wait for about 15 to 30 minutes to turn it on. Then it will turn on but after about 10 minutes it will turn off again. Firmware is updated.

Hi, do you mean there is no any power now on the router and all lights are always off?

Please make sure it is connected to the original TP-Link power adapter or other power adapter with the same voltage.

Also try different wall sockets, try to press and hold reset button for about 10s to see if there is any response.
