In that case you should try if the speed increases if you plug the TL-WPA4220 into another wall socket that is closer to the TL-PA4010.

Note that the Powerline adapters of the TL-WPA4220 KIT only provide 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet ports. So, your Internet speed through the TL-WPA4220 KIT will never be higher than about 95 Mbps.

I have tried a couple of sockets with no results. The wifi speed that on the box says up to 300mbps is 30-40-50mbps. I have not tried yet the ethernet but i suppose it should give me at least 100mbps wifi speed if my provider is giving me 200-250.

The smaller unit (TL-PA4010) that is connected to the router by Ethernet cable also has a 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet port, so more than 100 Mbps Internet speed is not possible in any case.

If you get 30 to 50 Mbps through the Powerline connection, then there is likely some interference within the electrical circuits of the house that affects the Powerline connection. Although this is quite normal.

To verify your TL-WPA4220 KIT is not defective plug the TL-PA4010 unit and the TL-WPA4220 unit into two adjacent wall sockets and then check if the speed reaches close to 90 Mbps, which is what other people have got.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqjjFVxRI2Y&t=150s
