Could not apply homeshield subscription
I've just subscribed to security plus on my new x50 and the subscription is available in the deco app but whenever I try to apply it I get.
Couldn't apply homeshield subscription services to your network
error -300
Try again
ive tried a few times with the same error and also restarted the network.
its frustrating as payment for the yearly subscription has already been taken.
Any help appreciated.
