Firmware Version:

Hi

I made a reste because I forgot my password and now the device keeps restarting.

The device goes from having only the power light on to having all the lights on for a moment and then only the power light on again.

This cycle repeats and repeats.

Also when I tried to access the device from Thether app keeps asking for the password, which means I couldn't reset it.

Can you help me?

Hi,

If the problem started right after pressing the reset button, then check if the reset button still has that switch-like feeling it is supposed to have or whether it now feels like that you are pressing against a rigid surface. In case it was the latter, then the reset button must somehow have gotten jammed, which would cause the range extender to reset over and over.

Hi all,

The reset button was broken and continued pressing reset. I unlocked the button and everything worked perfectly.
Thank you
