I am registerd in app as a manager and unable to more deco in existing network can you pz help me to convert my id as a owner from the manager

Hi,welcome to the community.

When we register the TP-link email ID, it does not classify manager and owner accounts. All the managers are defined by the owner himself.

If you want the ownership of the Deco, you might need to ask the previous owner to transfer it for you:
