Hello, I have a problem with my MiFi M7450 the problem is I can't change the date and time of the device and I thought because the time and the date are wrong I didn't have an internet connection the sim card is working fine and there are sms messages on the device and also I could check my balance using USSD.

Hi, 

The time settings will not affect the internet access, for the TP-Link MiFi device, we are usually able to select timezone, and the device will sync the date and time from internet.

The issue now is the internet doesn't work on your M7450, that is why the date and time are incorrect, for the internet issue, I've replied you in another post, please have a check:
