Wrong system time and ntp check error
It is already November 2023 but the Deco shows system time of something like "2023-09-27 12:38:32 AM". Tried changing timezone but didn't fix the wrong system time.
The log contains:
Wed Sep 27 11:43:51 2023 user.crit : ntp check error!!!; errno(2): No such file or directory
So I guess there is something wrong with checking NTP. Please fix. Really appreciate it!

Actually, I just tried manually setting DNS on the LAN (under DHCP Server), and the system time was fixed!
This could still use some improvement though, to make it not need to manually set DNS for getting system time, ideally.
Thanks for your help!

Hi, How about the system time on the Deco APP>More>System>System time?(Can I have a picture here?)
Did it help if you try to change the WAN DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 under How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
I see the current firmware build number is 1.0.13 Build 20230927, so if you check the system time in the system logs from the web UI, its boot time should start with 2023-09-27 each time after the restart or reset.
Thank you very much and best regards.

The system time on the app is also incorrect:
I am using ipv4 over ipv6 and seems I cannot change ipv4 dns.
But I can edit ipv6 dns. Do you have any ipv6 dns address I can try?
Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. I am afraid I haven't had a recommended IPV6 DNS.
I would like to follow up on your case via email first and check if there is any further suggestions from the engineers.
Thank you very much and best regards.
