Model: TL-WR840N  
Hardware Version: V9
Firmware Version: 6.20

My router is showing orange blinking Internet LED in Range Extender Mode. I am trying to configure settings via Tether app from App Store, but most of the time there is no device found, luckily if the device gets found there is not connection between the host router and my TL-WR840N. Can you please help?

Here's <https>://wifirepeater.org/tp-link-tl-wr840n-repeater-mode/ a guide on how to configure WR840N in a range extender mode.

Use a web browser for configuring WR840N. You have to know the host SSID password to build the connection and the wireless signal of the host AP should be strong enough.
