I cannot access my skyQ recordings from the sky go app. I have to switch back to the sky wifi network.
All my devices are connected via an ethernet network.
When on Deco I get the message cant find skyQ box.
Any Ideas?
Hi, Did the Sky Q boxes connect to Sky router via Ethernet cables?
Since Deco is also a wireless router by default, when you access the Sky Q box via Deco WiFi, you might have double NAT issue.
You could set Deco in Access Point mode:

Or connect Sky Q boxes via Ethernet cables to Deco.
