Model: Deco X60  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20230601 Rel 37750

Wss prompted by the Deco app to update my firmware today.

 

Succesfully completed but now my Starlink internet connection is no longer recognised - was a-OK through the Deco prior to this today.

 

I've connected my laptop direct to the Starlink router and the internet connection is absolutely fine.

 

Does this firmware version for my X60 AX5400 Deco mesh have compatability issues with Starlink and is there a way to roll back the firmware?

thanks for your reply, but have got it working now - Starlink was configured to bypass it's Wi-Fi router so had to do a factory reset to get this disabled as this was the only way you can reset this without connecting via the iOS app (which obviously needs Wi-Fi 🙄) - having an Ethernet connection to my laptop only allows limited functionality, great idea Elon!

 

After the factory reset, retried the Decos and now working. 😀

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know the original firmware of Deco X60_V3? Is it 1.2.1 or 1.0.17?

As far as I know, the new firmware does not have a compatibility issue with Starlink.

Is the first main Deco X60 red when connected to the Starlink router?

  • What is the current IPV4 address on Deco APP>More>Internet connection>IPV4?

Did it help if you tried to clone the MAC address of the laptop on Deco?
