deco m5 - hue bridge not being seen since internet provider change
Hi
I've got an extensive network installed. Recently moved from cable internet (virgin media 500mb), to a new fibre connection (1000mb fibre)
Set up of the modem to the router is the same. Struggling with connecting the hue bridge/hub to the internet.
The hue bridge isnt seeing the internet, not having any issues with the other 10 ethernet plugged in devices (via switch)
Have tried it directly into the deco unit, but still not seeing internet.
Firmware is up to date
Is there a solution, have got 5 deco units so don't to have to ditch them
